So the big mtch is tonight..its not really big cos whoever wins tonight doesnt determine the winner of the league. Smaller teams like Tottenham, Birmingham or Portsmouth are capable of upsetting Arsenal in my opinion..Remember Middlesbrough who nearly did it? If they had Henry(in my opinion Bergkamp as well) injured, things may not turn out the same As the apek at the kopitiam professes.."Henry mati Arsenal mati"..wah piang i second that apek's view lor..always remember jgn melawan kata org tua..

well Arsenal fans may go.."ala at least we're still top apaa".."we are still unbeaten at least u loser"..and u ppl still claim United fans are the arrogant ones. who are the ones getting all big headed here..

well think wat u want...but i think man u gonna nail it 2-0 tonite and end Arsenal's run..so expect excuses from arsenal fans..i think la they will win..tapi yakin mahu ada..

ok the exams finally died. so here i am writing stuffs again..while i was busy eating my heart out in preparation for ramadhan, i came across this interesting article in Berita Harian. It was entitled "HUH! GOPOHLAH 'MAT MELAYU' NI... BARU KENAL DAH AJAK KAHWIN" by Hasleen Bachik dated on 8th October 2004..i know la its been a while baru nak bilang psl ni article..not that i had to think hard what to write la but i had my exams rite u dumb mufuckers..fun or what! wah lau wheyy!

So i was attracted by the contents of this article..thanks to wak-kang-muka-forlan-confident who asked me to check out a certain pretty girl featured in the papers that day..and so while checking out on his behalf,i came across the article lorr..

ya i would expect comments like "guys..pretty girls only want to look" or "hah! guysss...typical"...haha ironically comments don't come about when girls drool over Orlando Bloom's(who btw looks like Pascal Cygan of Arsenal FC..yea that monster,check him out) chiselled looks,Josh Hartnett's eyes or Usher's(who btw again looks like Patrick Viera from again Arsenal FC..check out that monster too!) body when they are featured in the papers..hah!

So back to the article..it basically highlighted the negative attributes of malay guys and the discontentment of several malay girls who supposedly,had past traumatic relationship experiences.u can view it here.

It made yours truly wonder lorr about the agenda of the article and why the fuck weren't the positive attributes thrown in as well..

So allow me to briefly summarise the article:

According to it, in the Malay Muslim community, 23% married inter-racially..which means getting married to other races. haha this is favourable lorr to ppl who loves the prospect of getting a fair skinned or dark-skinned partner..

And so the article interviewed some malay ladies regarding the issues that influenced them to choose partners from other races instead of their own.

According to Miss R Ahmad Asi, 22,"Pada pendapat saya, lelaki bukan Melayu lebih bersikap terbuka. Mereka tidak begitu chauvinistic (macam orang lelaki sahaja yang terror segala)"..


Miss N Abbas, 35, in turn gave her view as "Dulu, masa saya baru putus cinta dengan mata air lama, ada seorang lelaki Melayu ini terus nak jadikan saya steady. Sekejap-sekejap telefon, sekejap-sekejap telefon. Tak ke bosan begitu?'

J Hashim, 23 , yg kini bertunang dengan lelaki Cina, Encik David : "Bukannya saya sengaja mencari lelaki bukan Melayu sebagai pilihan hidup saya. Tetapi beberapa percintaan saya dengan lelaki Melayu berakhir dengan kegagalan.."

Menurut Cik Jasnita, sepanjang zaman persekolahannya, beliau mempunyai beberapa teman lelaki Melayu. Malah beliau juga pernah bercinta dengan lelaki bangsa Eropah dan Cina.

like double woah..so sume bangsa kakak ni da jamah eh..and she's only 23..in this case we have to take her morality status into consideration ah..

what the heck is the world coming to..malays condenming their own race is fast becoming a fad nowadays. U dont get the chinese saying "aiyoyo ah beng ahh..hen tao yan ahh..puih!" like u get malays saying "sakk ah mat n minah sak..menyampah aku!"..

mana maruah org2 kite ni..maruah? maruah da lama mati dgn hang tuah dek..

in my opinion, its not fair to judge the issue based on these few ladies. just because they had some failed relationship experiences due to reasons we don't even know, its not plausible to put malay males into the negative light. whatever they experienced within the same racial relationship doesnt mean they wouldnt in a multi racial relationship. wah piang there are other malay girls as well like miss Siti Nurhuda who are more than content with the malay guy she has hahahahahah.

gopoh?baru kenal da nak sound steady?lets bring to light the despos in MIRC who go online to look for a stead. and they come MULTI RACIALLY. and how about the girls in mirc who are so bored that they introduce themselves in the first few lines such as:

U ada stead?
nk go steady?

so the one-sided dimension of the article shouldnt cloud ppl's judgement.Or rather, they should be smarter than that. Unless of course, they are closed-minded mofos who believe stereotyping and typicality is the way of life.

the morality status, integrity and dignity of these interviwed few haven't been fully justified haha..wat more the religious issues that havent even been touched, in terms of religion conversion, and the need for the male to head the family..apa ingat kawin soal cinta je ke..in this case, cik jasnita needs to make sure Mr David fulfill himself with adequate religious knowledge, which is a considerably tough job.

Ironically, the article didnt interview the views of malay guys;whether there were any discontentment towards malay females.i dont seem to have come across them either.

For now, think hard about it.

Sorry lah so long never blog..i'm bereft of ideas and inspiration to write laa..im not the same person anymore as a result of watching the music video of "My Prerogative"..im now a reformed psychedelic addict of mtv and i aspire to become a famous artiste in my own rights sia..wah piang that bloody video really bowled ppl over sia and certainly got kids like me wet in the pants..cannot be blamed..undergoing puberty..raging hormones..

Of course..the previous paragraph was crap. The real reason was a result of excessive projects and assignments courtesy of the modules im undertaking...fun or what!

That should relieve the suspicion of Zuraider abt me being online everyday religiously doing dunnowhat and yet not blogging haha..amek kauu...aku da blog nieee!btw i was attracted to Zur's interpretation of her blog thru a quote..its was quoted as " i write to express,never to impress ". clever sak big sista! spoken like a bona-fide fashionista! tee hee!

Oh and u people should have by now noticed the tad bit difference abt the approach i had undertaken towards writing this entry..its more expressive in my own right and less narrative like previous entries..although not to the extent of mundane and obiang-like daily entries or emo-influenced entries full of whining and pining for loved ones..

Well this is becos i have taken a liking towards my [irritating sister who tinks she is cute]'s entry style and i have decided to adopt her act cute antics and writing techniques. hee hee! can or not?

Ahh kan prelim results terok..sapa soroh online slalu bih smangat tolong kwn yg da buat salah tu marah2 org tak tentu arah..org yg dimarahi bagi nasihat soroh concentrate exams takmo dgr..menjawab lagi ada..tunjok2 lagi ah english kau yg kononnye power...bih soroh lagi ah org2 brush up on their english..hah! kan kan kan result da terok..takde adat betol budak2 setan nie! tapi jgn sedih sgt..u shall do well finally.

ouh juz some pondering..hah!

Ah btw i love siti nurhuda aka koda aka dale as in chip & dale, rescue rangers.

Any attempts to ravage her reputation thru name-calling tendencies shall be severely dealt with. wah lau whey!
